Evolution Studios’s DriveClub was supposed to be a PlayStation 4 launch title, until a delay was announced; fans of the game’s promise of delivering a newer take on realistic racing were disappointed, especially when they weren’t given a new date to look forward to.

Well now we might just have a date. British retailer Shopto has the game listed for February 28, 2014, and they seem confident enough in the release date to promise a compensation of £5 if you can’t pick it up that day due to retail unavailability.

Of course, this is not official confirmation of the release date at all, so take it with a grain of salt. It would also place the game unusually close to inFamous: Second Son, which is Sony’s marquee exclusive for the PlayStaton 4 for the first quarter of 2014 (although then again, Sony has made more bone headed moves in the past), as well as uncomfortably close to the anticipated release date of Watch Dogs.

Still though, it would also provide the PS4, which is currently in a post launch drought, with a steady stream of games going into next year.
