EA removes Crysis 2 from Steam

Posted By | On 15th, Jun. 2011

In an attempt to bolster the exclusive titles on their recently announced games download service Origin, EA have removed Crysis 2 from Steam’s catalogue.

It isn’t quite exclusive yet, as Crysis 2 is still available on other download sites like Direct2Drive and Amazon. It’s only a matter of time however. Alice: Madness Returns is also set to be an Origin exclusive.

Only time will tell what will become of other EA titles on Steam.

Thanks to Kotaku for the info.
