FC 26

The new Clubs progression system in EA Sports FC 26 is known as Archetypes. These thirteen distinct classes with Signature PlayStyles have to be unlocked and leveled up individually in order for your player to use them.

This guide for EA Sports FC 26 is a simple explainer for unlocking Archetypes and leveling them up.

Unlock Archetypes

In order to unlock twelve more Archetypes beyond the first one selected, navigate to My Pro, then select ‘Enter Archetypes’ at the bottom. Select each locked Archetype in order to view the three distinct in-game currencies that can be used to unlock them.

These are:

  • 25,000 Clubs coins
  • 200 FC Points
  • Archetype Unlock Consumables

Level Up Archetypes

Each individual Archetype has a 50 level progression system that you will unlock for their rewards. This leveling is accomplished by playing matches normally, but it can also be accelerated through the use of Consumables which are viewable and applicable through a menu at the top of the Archetypes section. Consumables offer up anything from direct, matchless leveling to bonus AXP (Archetype XP) over a set number of matches.

Consumables can be unlocked via the Season Pass, completion of Objectives, or purchased via the Clubs Store.

Over time, the Archetype card will go from Bronze, to Silver, then Gold, and finally Icon to exhibit progression.

The Archetype Card Backgrounds can also be customized via the Clubs Store, under Essentials for either 5,000 Clubs coins, or 50 FC Points.

That is everything there is to know about unlocking and leveling Archetypes in EA Sports FC 26.
