According to a listing on the Australian Classification Board that popped up earlier this week, a premium edition of Enslaved will soon be making its way to PC and PS3. Namco Bandai Games has confirmed that the re-release will indeed be making it’s way to PC and PS3.

Originally released in 2010 on PS3 and Xbox 360, Enslaved: Odyssey to the West was generally well received by gamers. It is an action adventure platformed, based on the Chinese story, Journey To The West, by Wu Cheng’en, considered to be one of the four great classical novels of China. However, this game boasts some major differences from the novel.

While Journey to the West was set in ancient China, Enslaved: Odyssey to the West takes place in a bleak, post apocalyptic future following a world war. The main plot points are the same, however, centering on a character who requires the help and protection of a skilled warrior.

Stay tuned to Gamingbolt for the exact release of Enslaved: Premium Edition on PS3 and PC.
