Fallout 4’s Pip Boy Accessory Gets An Unboxing Video

Fallout 4 pip boy

One of the big pieces of news surrounding Fallout 4 when it was announced was it was coming with an accessory sure to make all the fans of the long running series go ga-ga. Along with the game, players could preorder an edition that came complete with a real life, honest to goodness Pip Boy. This device can actually be put on your wrist and along with a free app, act quite a bit like the Pip Boy tool featured in the games.

To the surprise of no one, the limited edition device sold out rather quickly, leaving plenty of people wondering what it might look and feel like in the “flesh.” Wonder no longer, because just weeks before the game and the special edition device are set to start arriving in their owners’ hot little hands, we have an unboxing video which shows it off quite nicely.

For those who are afraid to watch because they’re afraid they’ll get jealous, you might actually feel a little better once you lay your eyes on the thing. For our money, it looks pretty big and bulky and it should be pointed out it appears it’s not all that easy to fasten, once you do get it around your wrist. It’s also pretty bulky, so if you’re really thinking about wearing this thing around, prepare yourself. This isn’t something you’ll forget you’re wearing after a time. The whole setup comes in a nice Pip Boy themed plastic box along with the actual game. Apparently the device itself can also be used as a kind of iPhone stand if you so choose. Fallout 4 and this special edition will be hitting the market on November 10, 2015.
