One guy spent over 2-years on Batman’s cape
All of us loved Batman’s cape, and appreciated how the cape flowed seamlessly during the fights, jumps and running. There was no denying that the cape was a work of art. Now some of us don’t know is that animating a cloth let alone a cape is very, very tedious, because I tried doing it, and I almost ended up going mad. One member of Rocksteady worked on Batman’s cape for 2 years, and he did a hell of a job. He had to come up with over 700 unique animations and sound effects for the cape.
