Far Cry 3- High Tides DLC available for free on PS3

Woot, free content!

Far Cry 3’s High Tides DLC was recently announced, so far exclusively for the PS3. No news has yet been released on Xbox 360 and PC getting some love too, so we’re assuming for now, the DLC remains an exclusive. It offers two new co-op missions- Jailbreak and Redemption and “explosive moments unlike anything you’ve ever seen before.” The DLC will pick up right where the co-op campaign’s last mission left off.

However, it seems like the PS3 owners might be in luck. Far Cry 3’s High Tide DLC will be available for free on the PS3. Yep. No money plus two extra co-op missions sounds like a pretty good deal to me.

We recently reviewed Far Cry 3 and gave it a stunning 10/10, saying that it was “the best game of the year, if not the generation.” You can read the full review through the link above.
