Far Cry Primal

Ubisoft’s upcoming Far Cry Primal, the newest entry in the series that takes a detour from going to exotic locations around the world to a prehistoric setting, is almost here, and ahead of its launch, Ubisoft gave us some new screenshots to feed on- new screenshots that demonstrate just how brutal and unforgiving the world of Far Cry Primal might really be.

Of course, that is a given- given that this is a world inhabited by saber toothed cats, gigantic woolly mammoths, and hostile tribes that are completely unintelligible, it is to be expected that this is a world that is going to be hostile, and dangerous and treacherous to navigate.

Far Cry Primal is going to launch on the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC on February 23 in North America, with the global launch following just a week later. It’ll be a busy time to be a Ubisoft fan, too, since The Division finally launches a week after, on March 8.
