Some users are facing crashing issues. In such a scenario make sure you have updated GPU drivers for your Nvidia or AMD card. If that does not work, try running any executable in the game’s folder for any .dll issue. Some users are also facing resolution or black bars issue. This is most likely and AMD GPU issue. However there is a possible fix. Try the following steps listed here.

If you are facing lag or connectivity issue, you need to make sure that following ports are opened: UDP: 3659, 9565, 9570, 9000 – 9999, TCP: 3569, 9946, 9988, 10000 – 20000, 42124. If you get the message that FIFA16.exe has stopped working, try right clicking on the game in Origin and click Repair Install. If you are facing stuttering and screen tearing, try setting v-sync to adaptive in your GPU control panel.

Note: Given that the wide range of PC hardware out there, the fixes mentioned here may or may not work for you. But it’s worth giving them a shot since these have worked for players who own the PC version of FIFA 16.
