Final Fantasy XIV new classes revealed

As we had informed you guys that Square Enix were going to announce something big on November 13th, well we have some good news for you. Well it might not be related to that announcement but its some news regarding Final Fantasy XIV. If you go to the official site of Final Fantasy XIV, you will see a number of  new character classes. According to the website the following are the details of the two classes:

  • Gladiator: Gladiators as the name suggest would be tough guys to beat. They specialize in close combats and they prefer short and long sword.
  • Pugilists: Equipped with sharp claws, these look like the popular Marvel character: Wolverine. They would be aggressive and take their enemies with no mercy.
  • Archers: Having the expertise with the every popular bow and arrow. The people of these class will be extremely quick to take their foes.
  • Lancer: Lancers are highly trained individuals who use a double sided pole to take out their enemies and clear the path ahead.
  • Marauder: Holding a huge axe, Marauders might be one of the surprise classes in Final Fantasy XIV as no other information is available on them.

With not a lot of new information on the game this should come as good news for Final Fantasy fans.
