The first Witcher 2 patch (V1.1) was scheduled to launch last night, but it just didn’t make it.
Developer CD Projekt has officially confirmed that the patch has been delayed and offered an apology and explanation.
A message on the official Witcher 2 community site says the following:
“The good news is that the patch is ready. The bad news is that we have encountered some problems with the server infrastructure, making downloading DLCs impossible.
We want to apologize to our fans for not meeting our target of delivering the patch last night. We will update you when we know more.”
Patience is a virtue it seems.
