PS4-ON-CASH-BACK[2]

Games The Shop, India’s leading specialized games retailer, has announced a new cash back deal on the PlayStation 4 for all buyers, as long as they buy the system financed in equated monthly installments (EMIs).

Buying electronics in India broken down into EMIs is a common practice, especially since so many of them are so expensive compared to what quite a few people earn. For instance, the PlayStation 4 retails for INR 40,000- that’s roughly $600. In this case, if people buy a PlayStation 4 and get it financed into EMIs through Games the Shop, they will get INR 2000 (roughly $30) back straight upfront- probably a good deal, especially considering that those INR 2000 could be put straight towards a game or something.

Games The Shop tells us that this offer is only available for a limited time, so if Indian buyers want to avail of it, they should probably start now. They can do it online here.

PlayStation 4 is currently the only current gen console available in India, having launched there back in January this year. The Xbox One will soon be launching in the country too, although it will be available exclusively through Amazon.
