#24. ARMS
Developed By: Nintendo | Available On: Switch | Read Our Review
ARMS is not the kind of game you expect to see when you think of the fighting genre, but this is Nintendo at their whackiest, quirkiest best. When you play ARMS, you’re in for a damn good time. The game is not without its flaws – it’s lacking in content, in terms of fighters and maps, among other things – but this is the kind of game that, when it clicks, it really clicks. When you start playing ARMS, you might be baffled, wondering what the deal is with all these springy fists flying about, but before you know it, you’ll be thoroughly invested in flailing your Joycons around like a maniac. It’s what Nintendo does best, and with ARMS, it’s what they’ve done yet again.
