This right here is probably Ghost Recon Breakpoint’s biggest problem. This is supposed to be an authentic tactical military shooter, so you’d expect some level of a challenge to be found- which, sadly, isn’t the case. During stealth, enemies can be unbelievably stupid, making them easy to pick off from a safe distance, while during combat, they seem to think it’s a good idea to keep running directly into gunfire. Find a corridor or any sort of a chokepoint, and you can essentially just sit back, camp, and headshot them one after the other as they keep running into your sights. Knocking the game up to higher difficulties makes it somewhat better, but still not enough to fix the core combat.
