Ghost Recon short film in the works

thatvideogameblog states that oscar-winning directors Francois Alaux and Herve de Crecy have been said to create a 20-minute short film for the upcoming Ghost Recon: Future Soldier.

Tim Sexton, one of the writers for Children of Men, is also involved in the project. The $8-10 million project is said to be a prequel to Future Soldier’s story. This prequel sets up the story for The Ghosts, a squad of U.S special forces.

Ghost Recon: Future Soldier is due for release this holiday. The short film hasn’t been dated yet.
