The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening

In the original Link’s Awakening video game for the GameBoy, a glitch is present that allowed gamers to jump to different sections of the level by viewing the map. The glitch is performed when a player is moving from one panel to the next but before the cross completely they can select the map and from there the player can jump into the next panel. Because of this glitch, gamers can progress through the game and enter areas ahead of time. At some points, certain sections of the map will be clear of enemies which meant getting items faster with no real struggle. However, the re-release of the video game called Link’s Awakening DX does not feature the glitch, although it did still let players steal items from the item shop.
