In 2013 while Rockstar were talking about Grand Theft Auto V, they brought up the matter of Heists and DLC, amongst other things. They were talking about new downloadable content that would include the Heist DLC and new story missions. But now that the Heists DLC is on its way, so where are we on the story DLC?

At the time, Rockstar said ““For those ready to jump back into the story of Grand Theft Auto V,”…“we have big plans for substantial additions in 2014 continuing Michael, Franklin and Trevor’s action, mayhem and unexpected adventures in Southern San Andreas.”

Since then, the voice actor for Franklin (Shawn Fonteno), has said that he recently travelled to New York where he recorded some new lines of dialogue for his character (check out the video at 6:25 below). This, of course, points towards the possibility that Rockstar are currently working on some new story DLC for the much loved game.

Now, this may also mean that the dialogue could have been for Heists,  but we’re hoping for some expansion on the single player portion of the game.
