Renee Montoya

I found Renee Montoya to be one of the top ten heroes in the DC universe, mainly because her personality and who is she is quite awesome. Renee Montoya is a detective working for the Gotham City Police Department underneath Commissioner Gordon who frequently allies herself with  Batman and his associates. One of those most awesome things  she can do is control her nervous system which enables her to deaden her body to physical pain, control her emotions, and even her bleeding rate.
