The SAM Turret (Surface-to-Air Missile) is a very useful kill streak reward, as it can really help you get out of very sticky situations. When activated, the SAM Turret is an unmanned weapon which automatically locks onto any aircraft kill streaks and fires missiles to destroy them. It’s useful when there are lots of helicopters around you. The turret is capable of taking out nearly any airborne kill streak, which means some heavy handed kill streak rewards, such as the drones or airstrikes, can be effectively neutralized with this one.
