Those of you that have faced the Juggernaut would know exactly what the bastard is capable of.  Once activated, the airdropped Care Package contains the Juggernaut armor and a powerful minigun. Of course, as many of you would know, Advanced Warfare features a similar score streak called XS1 Goliath which allows the player to control a powerful Mech Suit.
