Improved NPC Clothing

Ever thought that the NPC’s clothes were rather drab and dull looking? then this mod will really make the clothes of all NPC’s shine (literally). The Improved NPC Clothing mod does some major overhaul by turning the NPC rags into slightly prettier merchant rags. Now granted that this nothing great, but it does seem like a decent enough mod to make the NPC’s more easier on the eyes.
