Fallout 3 – Fellout and Enhanced Weather

As much as I loved Fallout 3 the atmosphere was really dull, and sometimes I wished for sunshine and a clear blue sky, but the game didn’t have any such thing. Then came along a mod, which made me an extremely happy camper. This mod makes the Wasteland more vibrant by adding, blue skies, rain, and even some grass over the Fallout 3 world, which really adds to the gameplay value.
