Man, don’t get me wrong, GRID 2 was a great game and everything, but when you’re trying to sell yourself as a racing game, the lack of a cockpit view is a glaring, puzzling, baffling omission. Thankfully, if the ace detectives on NeoGAF are to be believed, it appears that GRID 3, which is set to be announced sometime soon, will have a cockpit view- NeoGAF member CodiesLoore, who represents the publisher and developer, popped in to let players know that they listened to the feedback about the lack of the cockpit view.
And… that’s pretty much all we know about GRID 3, really. What systems will it be on? Is it next gen exclusive, or will it stick to last gen, or both? Will it too ignore Wii U like pretty much every other big game? When is it releasing? How much of an upgrade over the previous game is it?
