Rockstar may have been very adamant that mods that mess with GTA: Online won’t be allowed, but that doesn’t mean there will be no mods for GTA: Online at all. Indeed, it appears that as long as the mods don’t actually provide players with unfair (dis)advantages, they are fair game. Which explains why this new mod which makes it snow in GTA: Online was allowed.
It’s a purely cosmetic mod, but if you are like me, you like snow, and you want to see it in your games. This mod lets you have snow when playing GTA: Online as well. You can download it from here, if you want to, though keep in mind that the latest game update seems to have broken it, meaning you are best off waiting for an update to the mod as well.
You don’t need this mod to make it snow in the single player portions of the game- a simple cheat code will suffice for that.
