I know, I know. ALl the news is about GTA 5 lately. But when a game as big as this launches, you should just get used to it.
Anyway, this one’s about the upcoming game, which, as you well know by now, is only on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Not only is the game skipping some platforms that don’t make natural sense for it, like the Wii U and PlayStation Vita, it is also skipping some really obvious fits, such as the Xbox One, PlayStation Four, and yes, PC.
There’s been a petition demanding a port of the game to the PC for a while now; as of right now, it stands at over 350,000 signatures. This staggering number should clearly show Rockstar that there is quite a bit of interest in the game on the platform (which, of course, translates in some degree to sales potential). Maybe they’ll announce it later? Maybe they’ll announce it for multiple other platforms once its sales on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 begin to slow down?
In any case, if you’re a wicked, sad console kid jealous of the PC master race, you can go ahead and sign this counter petition requesting Rockstar to never bring the game to PC. Yeah, take that PC gamers!
