Amazon’s been notorious for leaked release dates for some pretty major games for some time now, and they’ve delivered once again. The release date for next year’s megaton, Grand Theft Auto 5, has been leaked via Amazon.

Their website listings still say that the release date for GTA 5 is an ambiguous GTA 5, but in e-mails that they’ve been sending out to those who pre-ordered the game have been mentioning an amended release date.

The game will be releasing on March 26th. This perfectly falls in line with the Spring 2013 release date Rockstar had announced earlier.

2K usually has only one big game coming out in the Spring of each year, like Max Payne 3 in 2012, but it looks like 2013 will be receiving both GTA 5 and BioShock: Infinite.

This is all, of course, still unofficially, and for all practical purposes, GTA 5’s release date is still up in the air. But at least we have something.
