With new details for Halo 4 emerging, the excitement level is rising, and 343 is trying its best to keep the audiences interested by releasing more info and giving us more insights into what the game will be like. According to their most recent statement, Halo 4 is going to be a very fast paced game and “more intense” than Halo: Reach and Halo 3.

The game will give played “a greater sense of empowerment through choice”, 343i announced during their showing. “It’s faster paced and more intense in terms of the immersiveness of the experience and just the overall visceral-ness of the experience – that’s been a real focus for our team,” said 343 creative director Josh Holmes.

“When you look at Halo games throughout the series they’ve changed pretty substantially in terms of the pace of play. Halo Reach is much slower and more methodical than Halo 3. What we wanted to do is push the balance back towards a faster paced combat feel.”

Halo 4 is due out later this year for the Xbox 360. Stay tuned for more info.
