Halo 5 Guardians Receives An Hour Long Multiplayer Gameplay Footage

That's a lot of shooting.

Posted By | On 07th, Dec. 2014

Despite the wholly disappointing, frankly embarrassing and all around depressing launch of Halo The Master Chief Collection, 343 Industries have seemingly been keeping their head above water with the Halo 5: Guardians Multiplayer Beta.

Players are, as you read this, blowing vast chunks of armour out of each other in the classic battle between Red vs Blue as the two sides vie for dominance over the arena. The Beta has the Halo multiplayer community divided for a number of reason and, whilst most enjoy it, there’s good reason for this.

Spartans calling out when their taking fire, shields dropping, aiming down sights unimpeded etc, these are all elements that make the game seem more Call of Duty-esque than Halo inspired. So whilst the hardcore Halo fans are split between enjoying the new game style and disliking it, it’s important to remember that this Beta is a sign of things to come for Halo. So if you want something to change, make sure to log some hours and make your voice known.
