Hellblade

Ninja Theory are currently hard at work on bringing us Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice. And though the development of the game has taken longer than expected, with this game, more than with most other games, we can at least be assured that the game is alive and well, and still under active development- thanks to the transparency that Ninja Theory are adapting when it comes to communicating with the community.

Today, we get to see a brand new trailer for the game, which, unlike previous trailers, is focused more on the game’s mechanics, than its setting, story, or conceit. The action gameplay seems to be typical ninja Theory fare, good to look at and flowing well, although whether or not there is any nuance or depth here remains to be seen.

Hellblade is currently announced for PC and PS4. Hopefully we get to see more of the game at E3, and over the coming year.
