Homefront: The Revolution Launching This May?

The release date to the long awaited sequel may have leaked.

Homefront The Revolution (2)

The long delayed, perennially in development, changing-developers-multiple-times Homefront: The Revolution will finally be launching some time this year… we hope. You see, while the release date was officially confirmed, we’ve gone down this road before multiple times: a release date is announced, we hold our breaths, the game misses the release date, and no one even bothers to comment on the delay.

That said, it might actually be the real deal this time. A Target pre-order card for Homefront: The Revolution may have mistakenly leaked when the game is launching, reports GameWatcher. Apparently? It will be releasing on May 17. That actually wouldn’t be too bad a time for it to launch, either- increasingly, games have found themselves doing better over the summer (some of last year’s biggest games, including The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, Splatoon, and Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, all launched in the summer).

Homefront: The Revolution is set to launch on Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
