Ico Team’s Project: Project Trico

Posted By | On 13th, Sep. 2009

Team ICO, the creators of gaming masterpieces like Ico and Shadow of The Colossus, have been working on an unknown title exclusivly on the Playstation 3 .

The title has not been mentioned in anywhere, though we are expecting to see it at Sony’s E3, but now the website called Playstation LifeStyle

has posted a trailer to what seems to be what Team Ico has been worknig on, this trailer begins with the scene that we see in this famous picture:

Project-Trico

The scene in the trailer shows the chain, but it seems to be attached to something, something big.

Then the trailer shows probobly the main character, a young boy who is running in a hallway and is about to fall of a cliff, then what we see is the creature.

The creature seems to be a friend of this ‘main character’ and helps him up, then we start seeing some of their adventures and explorations around this strange place.

We can clearly see this is something Ico team would do, artistic and specail in a way, so no real chances of this being a fake.

The trailer clearly says “Project Trico” in the middle, but what caught my eye is Trico, Tri- Ico, so from my point of view, i think this could be a prequel to Ico, just my thoughts, what do you guys think?

Before i show you guys the trailer, you need to keep in mind this trailer is over a year and a half old:
