In Order To Unlock Metal Gear Solid 5’s 4th Ending You Need To Trigger This Scene First

In order to attain "Peace", players will need to develop nuclear weapons for deterrence.

It’s been over a month since Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain was released and players are still finding new things about the game. We recently reported that the game has a 4th ending which some players managed to hack it out of the game. However there have been no known instance where a player has unlocked the 4th ending naturally. This is perhaps related to the rumored requirements for the ending which is beyond complex.

Players will need to disarm every nuclear weapon out there by invading other players’ FOBs. If this is true, this is simply impossible to achieve as there will always be someone who will be developing nukes. However, a new scene has popped up on Youtube which probably shows how players can unlock the 4th ending. It seems that players would first of all need to develop as many nukes as they can which will trigger a scene where we can hear Kaz say the following lines:

“Our Fear Of Nuclear Arms, Drove Us To Bear Them Ourselves. We Thought Deterrence Will Be Our Defense. These Weapons Are Costing Our Future. A Future We Sold To Ease The Pain of The Present.”

This clearly indicates that players must develop more nukes, which in turn will trigger the scene below and then players would need to dismantle them. I am not sure what this will unlock if somehow we as a Metal Gear community can come together and achieve 100% Peace. Chapter 3, may be? After all it is also titled Peace.

Time will tell whether players will be able to achieve Peace. We will keep you updated once that happens.

Thanks Kirk for the tip.
