inFamous 2’s visuals: We pumped everything up and took it to another level

Posted By | On 08th, Apr. 2011

We have seen a bit of inFamous 2 and it is turning out to be a promising title for the PlayStation 3. But what about the visuals? Is it going to be better than the first one? We just might have an answer to that today.

In an interview, Ken Schramm, Communications Director at developer Sucker Punch had the following to say:

We really wanted to pump everything we did in inFamous up to another level, and as we’ve got an even better understanding of PlayStation 3 now, ramping up the visual power has been easier. You’ll notice it by the number of characters on-screen at any one time and the quantity of breakable objects. We think you’ll love the way we’ve used motion capture to create animations for our stars, too.

It looks certainly that way in this trailer.
