Jade Empire
If there is one company in the gaming industry who has mastered storytelling to perfection, it’s Bioware. Jade Empire was the game that Bioware made after KOTOR, but it borrowed a great deal from the Star Wars universe. One of the many plot twists in the Jade Empire was that, having taught you a martial arts to near lethal perfection, except with a noticeable flaw which no one could seem to exploit. The twist came when you faced him in one on one combat and ultimately realized that he had taught you this way so that he was the only one who could defeat you with a secret strike, that only he knows.
