Silent Hill 2
Silent Hill 2 was creepy as hell, and sure I was expecting some sort of mystery to the game, but never a plot twist, and never one such as this. The game focuses in on James Sutherland who then proceeds to go to Silent Hill on receiving a letter from his dead wife Mary. Let me warn you that the game spends the next ten hours or so just messing with your mind. But the best part is that, you finally have your answer, which is quite twisted and dark for any game at that time. It turns out that Mary died at the hands of James himself.
