Remember the Doge meme, aka the meme that just won’t die? Just Cause 3 extends the life of the lovable Shiba even further by including its very own Doge mode. If you head to Soliana (Sonic ’06 reference anyone?) and you’ll find a lonely dog that needs to cross the road back to its doghouse. Simply ensure the dog’s survival by making no cars hit him and upon the dog reaching its house, you’ll unlock Doge mode. Simply head into your Options and turn it on. You’ll only notice the effect when you kill enemies but every kill is punctuated by such meme lines as “Such explosion” and 10/10 Game of the Year”. There are a ton of these little messages to see so rack up that kill count. It’s a shame that all acts of destruction don’t support this by we suppose that would overload the game to an uncomfortable degree.
