King's Quest

King’s Quest, the classic adventure game series from Sierra, just launched, with the first episode, A Knight To Remember, garnering a great response from critics and players, who felt like it adequately recaptured the essence of the older games. If you have already finished that episode, and are eagerly anticipating the next installment, you’re in luck- we’ll know more about the second chapter at PAX Prime.

The “Adventure Games Revival: King’s Quest Rebirth and Reveal” panel will take place on Friday, Aug. 28 at 3 p.m. in the Wyvern Theatre. In it, Creative Director Matt Korba and Producer Lindsey Rostal of The Odd Gentlemen will explore the modern renaissance of adventure games, and will delve into the highlights and challenges of reimagining one of the genre’s most treasured names before pulling the curtain back on King’s Quest’s next chapter, launching later this year.

Stay tuned to GamingBolt, and we will keep you posted on all the coverage from PAX Prime.
