It looks like that leak a few days ago was entirely accurate, after all. Konami has come out and officially announced Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Duelist for PS4 and Xbox One, which also marks the first foray of the card battle series into the current generation.

Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Duelist sees players from around the world invited to take part in an elite Dueling program that simulates the best Duels from every era of the Yu-Gi-Oh! universe. Gamers can replay actual events from the Yu-Gi-Oh! canon, from the original Yu-Gi-Oh! series up to Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL, and is meant to serve as a nostalgic ‘greatest hits’ collection of the best moments from the anime.

It shall be available digitally from the Xbox Live Marketplace, and PSN Store (meaning it’s not a full retail Konami console game, which sort of makes sense). Stay tuned to GamingBolt for more coverage and information on the title.
