Konami talks about Rising sequel, PC port, and Platinum Games

We want to play it on the PC too. Do it Konami!

Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance is supposed to come out early next year, but there have been a lot of information blowout before that; we have a lot of boss footages, gameplay footage, and the backstory of the game.

Platinum Games are developing this game and the story of how the game went from Kojima Productions’ hands to Platinum Games is a long one but something worth reading of course.

“If people like Metal Gear Rising, if the fans who play this game ask for more, that would be awesome,” producer Yuji Korekado told Eurogamer.

“That would be great for us and we would be happy to consider working on another game in Metal Gear Rising.”

He also added that the PC port could be a possibility once the console versions are out of the door. They have said that they have no plans for the Wii U version yet. “We aren’t currently thinking about that,” he said.
