LA Noire Gets A Brand New Trailer Highlighting The Upcoming Switch Version

It seems like it's a great version of the game.

This year, Rockstar will be re-releasing LA Noire, and they will also be bringing it to the Nintendo Switch- making this the first game they have released on Nintendo platforms in nearly nine years, and adding to the impressive arsenal of third party supporters the Switch seems to be amassing.

To highlight the upcoming Switch version for the game, Rockstar have shared a brand new trailer. The Switch version of the game will run in 1080p when docked (720p in handheld mode), feature support for the Joycon controllers, HD Rumble, and for touch screen puzzle solving when in portable mode. It seems like it is a really well done, full featured port of the game, that truly leverages the hardware’s unique strengths. Let’s hope it sells well, too.

LA Noire originally released for the Xbox 360 and PS3, after a hugely troubled development cycle. The upcoming remaster will be coming to the Nintendo Switch, as well as to PS4 and Xbox One (with 4K support on those platforms), with a VR vertical slice also coming to HTC Vive on the same day.
