LEGO The Hobbit- New ‘Buddy Up’ Trailer

Every adventure needs a crew.

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has released a new trailer for the upcoming movie-based LEGO The Hobbit. The trailer, which they’ve called ‘Buddy Up’ introduces the players to the main characters of the movies and the upcoming game from Thorin’s company. Ironically, the game never gives any introduction for Bilbo and Gandalf- not that one is needed.

The video shows some moments from the game that have been translated rather well from how they were portrayed in the movies. The scenes with the company trapped in the Orc city is featured quite prominently in this video, as is the scene in which they escsape the Wood Elves’ captivity by rushing through a river in barrels.

You can have a look at the video above, it might interest you.

LEGO The Hobbit releases for the Xbox 360, Xbox One, PC, 3DS, Wii U, PS3, PS4 and PS Vita on April 8th. Stay tuned for more updates.
