LITTLEBIGPLANET 2 WALLPAPERS 3

It seems Sony hasn’t given up on the LittleBigPlanet franchise, as a new rumour has erupted via VG247, who state that the game is in development at Sumo Digital.

Now the studio is mostly known for racing games, so this is a bit weird. It’s not clear what Media Molecule the original developers of the game are doing, but they had earlier mentioned that they wanted to work on something new.

According to the report, the game is in development well over an year. It could be released on the PS4 which will be announced on February 20.

Sony has responded to the source by claiming: “We don’t comment on rumour and speculation.”

The game would be the sixth in the series if this rumour is indeed true, and it remains to be seen whether it will be released on the PS3 or the PS4.
