Lynn

French developer Bloomylight studio has announced its new game is now on KickstarterLynn and the Spirits of Inao was just recently shown off thanks to a trailer and it appears as though the artwork is inspired by the works of Hayao Miyazaki and Studio Ghibli.

The other things we can take from the video is that this is a 2D platformer that is completely hand drawn. In the game, players will take on the role of Lynn, who is an inhabitant of the island of INAO. This island is very special because it’s where humans and spirits all live in harmony.

That harmony is disrupted by some sort of outside force and it’s up to Lynn to figure out what’s going on and stop it. Obviously, Lynn and the Spirits of Inao doesn’t have a release date, since it hasn’t even been confirmed as totally getting made but it looks like one that might be worth ponying up some cash. Check out the video below to get a taste of a game slated for PC but there is a console stretch goal.
