Another day, another trailer for Mafia 3. This new trailer highlights the allies that protagonist Lincoln Clay has in his vendetta and his quest, and how they all further his aims and goals. After all, you can’t have a mafia without having a proper organization, can you? The trailer showcases how each underboss has his own unique skill that can come in handy for Clay.
The trailer also has a ton of story setup for the game, which is a given when the mechanic it shows off ties into the narrative so deeply. “This is how Lincoln Clay found uneasy allies among other victims of Sal Marcano’s tyrannical reign over New Bordeaux. Quickly, Lincoln recruited these allies into a variously-talented corps of underbosses, assembling his own family to exact revenge,” the description for the trailer reads.
