Mario Kart World Screenshots Showcase Photo Mode

Nintendo showcases different frames and creative shows to offer glimpses of what the upcoming racer's photo mode will let players do.

Upcoming Nintendo Switch 2 launch title Mario Kart World is set to be a game of many firsts for the Mario Kart franchise, from its open world setting to new gameplay features like being able to drive on water. With its release drawing nearer, Nintendo is continuing to shed more light on many of these new features, and has released new screenshots to highlight another one. 

Taking to Twitter, Nintendo recently showed off a batch of new screenshots showcasing Mario Kart World’s photo mode. When racing around the open world in Free Roam mode, players will be able to pause at any time and hope into photo mode, where you’ll be able to use a number of different frames and editing tools to come up with creative shots. Check out the screenshots below for a glimpse of what photo mode will have in store.

Mario Kart World is set to launch alongside the Nintendo Switch 2 as its launch title on June 5. Stay tuned for more details on the title in the lead-up to its release.
