Medal of Honor: Warfighter Xbox 360 version is confirmed to ship on two discs and will also feature an HD texture pack. This is the same strategy like Battlefield 3 which implies that the game could be content rich. Inclusion of HD texture pack isn’t surprising considering the beta version looks like ass on the Xbox 360.
I naturally thought something was missing here and am kinda glad that there’s an HD texture option.
The game’s senior designer Ben Jones told Videogamer (Via MP1st): “I think that might be a reality for us as well. It’s DVD format versus Blu-ray and you’re going to see that split at certain times, especially with the amount of content that we’re delivering.”
“I believe we are [including an optional HD texture installation], but I don’t know that we can confirm that. We haven’t had it confirmed to us.”
