Metal Gear Solid 5 The Phantom Pain Screenshots Show Buddy System

New screens of existing footage are out now.

Hot on the heels of the rumoured announcement from my favourite lunatic Hideo Kojima, that Metal Gear Solid 5: Ground Zeroes is coming to PC on December 18th, Konami have released five new in-game screenshots taken from the already released demo footage and video game trailers from the Tokyo Game Show, these images were released at the Russian Gameshow IGROMIR which took place in Moscow on October 2nd. Sure, we’ve seen them before but it’s still MGS goodies.

Above, you can see our titular badass boarding a helicopter with DD, his equally eye-patched badass wolf hound that is named, of course, after the Diamond Dogs. Up next we can see Quiet, the scantly clad sniper with Snake.

Up next we have the typical scenery shot that shows off the amazing foliage in the game.

Next we can see the Boss demonstrating his mastery of The Force. Though it’s actually just the bizarre tazer attachment.

And there’s another shot of Quiet at Mother Base, moments before being captured.
