It seems that voice recording sessions for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain are still going on. Hideo Kojima tweeted a photo of himself posing with Japanese voice actors Mikami (Ocelot), Osamu Saka (Code Talker), Otsuka (Snake) and Sugita (Kazuhira Miller).
Also, the Code Talker head sculpt has returned in the Japanese voice recording session. These are clear indications that the game is far from done. On a related note, Hideo Kojima has possibly teased a Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain themed PS4 case. Konami and Sony had released a FOX themed PlayStation 4 during the launch of Ground Zeroes so they may be working on one for The Phantom Pain. However this is an assumption on our part as Kojima did not explicitly mentioned about it.
Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain is due in 2015 for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One and Xbox 360. There are talks about a PC version but nothing is confirmed yet. Additionally, Konami will be showcasing new gameplay footage and details on August 13th. For more on the game, check out the game’s hub page here.
