While the focus of Metal Gear Survive is on multiplayer aspects, players will also be able to play the entire game by themselves as a single player adventure, if they so wish. Survive’s single-player mode will see players being accompanied by three AI controller teammates, all of whom can be indirectly controlled via commands and orders. Of course, it does look like this isn’t the ideal way to play the game, but it’s good to know that it’s still very much an option.
