4J Games is reportedly working on a new fix for Minecraft’s Xbox 360 version. Remember the recent update for the game? Update 7? Looks like several features from the update failed to make a show in the game, so this new fix will be working on that.

“We’ve been working on bug fixes for some problems people have found in TU7,” 4J Studios tweeted. “A new update with fixes will be released in January.”

The fix “”is going to change the code to ensure you get a Nether Fortress, Blazes and Nether Wart in the Nether in a new world.”

In our review of the Xbox 360 version of Minecraft all that time ago, we gave it a 7/10. Our review reads: “It’s more arcane, more obtuse, less familiar and just more overwhelming, but somehow, all of that adds to its charm and to its atmosphere in a way that just cannot be quantified.”
